Shipping policy

Pre-Order Processing
All pre-order items are made to order and will begin production after your purchase is confirmed. Estimated production and processing time is 4–8 weeks, depending on demand and manufacturing schedules. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification once your item has shipped.

After your pre-order item is produced, standard shipping times apply:
- U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Tracking Information
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays & Updates
Pre-order timelines are estimated. If there are unexpected production or shipping delays, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins shortly after confirmation. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

Damages or Wrong Items
