Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Processing
All pre-order items are made to order and will begin production after your purchase is confirmed. Estimated production and processing time is 4–8 weeks, depending on demand and manufacturing schedules. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification once your item has shipped.

Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins shortly after confirmation. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at (rations.us@gmail.com) if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once your issue is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at (rations.us@gmail.com).
